How to Place an Order

Welcome to Industry Beans Wholesale!

We designed this portal to be a quick and easy way to place your weekly coffee order. It’s simple in nature, easy to use and 100% secure.

Below is a simple guide to placing orders through the platform. We hope you find it an easy inclusion into your weekly routine, and if you have any feedback or suggestions for improvement, we’d love to hear from you – reach out to roasting@industrybeans.com

P L A C I N G   Y O U R   F I R S T   O R D E R

You’ll notice the interface is very straightforward; so too is the ordering process. You’ll find everything you need in the main page, including your house blend, our rotating single origins, tea, chocolate and chai, cold brew, equipment, cleaning products, spare parts and more.

Select one or more of these categories on the left to show you only what you’re interested in. Or use the filters along the top, left to get to what you need, quickly!

Click into the product you want to order, then scroll down to input your desired quantities. Note that you can select unlabeled bags for house stock or labelled bags for retail or display. You can also order tasting cards here.

Navigate to Bulk Orders at the bottom of the home page. Here you can enter multiple values for multiple products at a time

Once you've added all of the products you need, checking out is easy:

1. Click on your cart in the top right of the portal
2. Check that your ordered items and order total are correct
3. Click ‘Checkout’in the blue button on the right
4. Step 1-2 Confirm address, billing and delivery details are correct
5. Step 3 should be set to ‘Newstead Wholesale Delivery’ by default
6. Step 4 should be set to ‘On Account’ by default
7. Step 5. Enter purchase # (if relevant), contact phone number, preferred delivery date and any notes for the roastery
8. Hit ‘Confirm Order’ on the right and you’re done! You’ll receive an order confirmation, and we’ll update you when your order is processed & on its way.

T I P S   &   T R I C K S

• Select multiple “categories’ on the left of the product screen to view only relevant products
• Use tabs along top of the product screen to find what you need quickly.
• If there is anything you need that you can't find in the online shop, simply pop a note with your order in the Add Notes About Your Order section, in Step 5 at the checkout, and we'll get in touch.
• If you are ordering equipment or merchandise, you will be able to access volume discounts as your volume increases; please contact us at roasting@idustrybeans.com to confirm price breaks.

Please ensure that your order is placed by 4pm the day before your roast date. If you don't have a dedicated roast date, any order placed by 4pm will be roasted & dispatched the following business day

Minimum orders apply as follows:
Total Order Minimum = $200
Single Origin Espresso Minimum = 2kg
Filter Single Origin & Decaf Minimum = 250g
